Learn how to create a realistic pizza cake with a suspended (gravity defining) slice. In this hands on class you will learn how to recreate some of your favorite toppings and the cheesy goodness of this traditional 8” deep dish personal pizza pie. 

This class will cover gravity defining structure, fondant sculpting, cake sculpting, hand painting and dusting, faux food techniques, modeling chocolate techniques.
